Supreme Court: The Supreme Court on Tuesday stated that abjuring hate speech is a fundamental requisite for the maintenance of communal harmony. The observation was made by the SC bench comprising Justices KM Joseph and BV Nagarathna whereas listening to a plea towards hate speeches.

“Abjuring hate speech is a fundamental requisite for the maintenance of communal harmony,” the bench noticed orally.
