A Panaji courtroom on Tuesday remanded Hemant Sah, an alleged drug seller linked to narcotic-angle probe into Bollywood actor Sushant Singh Rajput’s dying case, to 14 days in judicial custody.
“The Narcotics Control Bureau team found him in possession of 0.23 gms LSD and 30 gms charas during a raid in Panaji on Monday,” NCB counsel Samir T instructed reporters right here.
According to NCB, Sah, a local of Madhya Pradesh, had been operating a shack alongside North Goa’s Morjim seashore for a number of years had been allegedly named as a provider by two alleged Mumbai-based drug sellers Anuj Keswani and Regan Mahakaal, who’ve already been booked by the company’s in its high-profile drug probe.
Two different Africans, one every from Nigeria and Congo, who have been arrested by the NCB staff in a separate operation on Monday have been being produced in courtroom for remand and a trial courtroom in Mapusa is anticipated to pronounce its order later within the day.
