Syracuse Dismisses Forward Benny Williams From Men’s Basketball Team – News18

SYRACUSE, N.Y.: Syracuse has dismissed Benny Williams from its males’s basketball program.

The college introduced Williams’ exit Tuesday with out disclosing the explanation for the 6-foot-9 ahead’s removing. The assertion asserting the choice stated “everyone involved with the program wishes Benny the best.”

Williams had been suspended for the primary two video games of Syracuse’s season due to a violation of workforce guidelines.

He was averaging 5.4 factors, 3.9 rebounds, 1.2 assists and 17 minutes in 18 video games this season. Williams had 7.2 factors, 4.1 rebounds and 22.3 minutes per sport final season.

Syracuse (14-8, 5-6 Atlantic Coast Conference) hosts Louisville (7-15, 2-9) on Wednesday.
