Chennai: DMK MP A Raja on Monday (March 29) issued an apology to Chief Minister Edappadi K Palaniswami for his feedback which had been seen as derogatory to the latter’s mom.

Drawing a comparability between Palaniswami and DMK chief MK Stalin, Raja stated that the previous was an “illegimate child” and that the latter was a “legitimate child”.

Following his remark, Palaniswami turned emotional throughout a public rally on Sunday, by which citing Raja’s comment, he stated that it was an insult to his mom.

Apologising for his remarks, Raja stated that his phrases had been “misunderstood” and “manipulated”.

Raja stated he clarified in a public assembly in Gudalur within the district on Sunday that he didn’t intend to defame Palaniswami or his late mom, however was making a comparability between the management qualities of his occasion chief M K Stalin and the CM, utilizing a kids’s analogy.
