Tata Motors Sales May 2021: 38 per cent drop was recorded in home gross sales month-on-month
Tata Motors introduced its month-to-month auto gross sales on Tuesday, June 1, reporting 24,552 items offered in May 2021, marking a 38 per cent month-on-month decline in whole home gross sales, in comparison with the earlier month of April. Tata Motor’s home gross sales in April 2021 stood at 39,530 items. According to a regulatory submitting by the corporate to the BSE on Tuesday, Tata Motors gross sales within the home and worldwide marketplace for May 2021 stood at 26,661 autos. According to the assertion, Tata Motors gross sales of whole business autos (CV) in May 2021 stood at 11,401 items, registering a 32 per cent drop month-month, in comparison with 16,644 items offered in April 2021. The business autos sale included passenger carriers, SCV cargo pickup, exports. The exports of business autos stood at 2,030 items in May 2021, marking an eight per cent drop month-on-month, in comparison with 2,209 items in April 2021.
On Tuesday, June 1, shares of Tata Motors settled 0.19 per cent decrease at Rs 318.10 per cent apiece on the BSE.
