TCS Appoints Elizabeth Mathew As Its Head of LeaD.
Liz takes over from Anant Haidale who, after a profitable stint in HR, has moved to take up a management function within the Manufacturing Business Group
Tata Consultancy Services (TCS), India’s largest IT companies firm, has appointed Elizabeth Mathew as its head of LeaD, an initiative aimed toward selling variety, fairness and inclusion inside the firm. The announcement has been made by an inside communication.
“I am pleased to announce the appointment of Ms Elizabeth Mathew (Liz) as the head of TCS LeaD,” Chief Human Resources Officer Milind Lakkad stated in an e mail to staff. Elizabeth Mathew has been related to TCS since 1989.
He additionally stated Liz takes over from Anant Haidale who, after a profitable stint in HR, has moved to take up a management function within the Manufacturing Business Group.
Now, head of variety and inclusion Preeti D’Mello and Brinda R, head of management careers, will now report back to Mathew, in response to e mail.
TCS has seen a number of key administration roles since July this 12 months.
Mathew’s appointment is one of the a number of management modifications made by the corporate’s newly appointed CEO Ok Krithivasan, who took over the cost from Rajesh Gopinathan in June 2023.
