TCS says the worldwide certification follows a sequence of localised certifications with Tata Consultancy Services being named a prime employer in 32 nations and areas, together with Europe

Tata Consultancy Services (TCS) has been recognised as a worldwide prime employer by the distinguished Top Employers Institute, based on a press release. The 9th consecutive entry of TCS on the prime of the record.

The international certification follows a sequence of localised certifications with TCS being named a prime employer in 32 nations and areas, together with Europe, the UK, the Middle East, North America, Latin America, and South-East Asia, TCS stated within the assertion.

“TCS’ pioneering employee engagement and talent development initiatives have reinforced its position as a global employer of choice for the ninth consecutive year,” the corporate acknowledged.

Employee-centricity is a core worth for TCS, which employs a various workforce of 6,03,305 workers in 55 nations representing 153 nationalities (as of December 31, 2023). Women make up 35.7 per cent of its workforce, TCS stated.
