MAHABUBABAD: YSRTP Chief YS Sharmila on Sunday stated that Telangana is the Afghanistan of India and KCR is its Taliban. While speaking to mediapersons in Mahbubabad, Sharmila stated, “He (Telangana CM K. Chandrashekar Rao) is a dictator, he is a tyrant, there is no Indian Constitution in Telangana, there is only KCR’s Constitution. Telangana is the Afghanistan of India and KCR is its Taliban.”
On Sunday, Telangana Police detained YS Sharmila for allegedly making inappropriate remarks in opposition to the Mahabubabad MLA and BRS chief Shankar Naik. The police moved her to Hyderabad to keep away from any regulation and order issues within the city of Mahabubabad. Following the incident, the Bharat Rashtra Samithi (BRS) staged a sit-in protest within the district in opposition to YS Sharmila for her alleged derogatory remarks in opposition to Mahabubabad MLA.
