Barabanki RTO officers, who didn’t want to be named, mentioned that other than the registration, the health of the car had additionally expired in 2017.
What is intriguing is why was an ambulance from Uttar Pradesh used to take Mukhtar Ansari to a court in Punjab from Ropar jail.

Mukhtar Ansari is charged with the homicide of Alka Rai’s husband Krishnanand Rai who was shot useless in 2005.
