Chennai: The case towards the victims of Thoothukudi violence must be withdrawn. Justice Aruna Jagadeesan mentioned the federal government ought to assist those that are caught within the case and unable to earn their livelihood.

On May 22, 2018, 13 folks had been killed in police firing throughout a protest on the Sterlite plant in Thoothukudi.
