Mobile telephone exports rose from Rs 45,000 crore in FY22 to Rs 90,000 crore in FY23, surpassing the earlier estimate of Rs 75,000 crore.

The excellent efficiency of the performance-linked incentive (PLI) scheme for cell phones serves as an inspiration for different digital segments to emulate this success in rising manufacturing and exports.
