Trinamool Congress on Sunday introduced its record of 42 candidates for the upcoming Lok Sabha elections. In a shock transfer, the social gathering fielded former cricketer Yusuf Pathan from Berhampore and introduced in 26 new faces to contest within the polls.

She additionally slammed the Centre for Citizenship Amendment Act (CAA) and stated, “It is not CAA, it is BAA, they will send you to Bangladesh. We will not allow NRC.”

TMC basic secretary Abhishek Banerjee additionally hit out on the Bharatiya Janata Party and labelled its leaders as “outsiders and anti-Bengal”.
