Two earthquakes of mild depth struck the Union Territory of Ladakh inside a span of eight hours on Saturday, officers stated. Although no studies of any damage had been reported, they added.
According to the National Centre for Seismology, the primary tremor measured 3.4 on the Richter scale occurred at 8.25 am. Its depth was 10 km under the floor at a latitude of 35.44 levels and longitude of 77.36 levels.
The second earthquake of 3.7 magnitude was famous at 4.29 pm at a depth of 5 km under the floor at a latitude of 35.23 and longitude of 77.59 levels, it stated.
Police stated there was no details about damages as a result of earthquakes from wherever within the Union Territory.
