US Secretary for Israel-Palestinian Affairs Hady Amr was to hold talks Sunday with Israeli leaders before meeting Palestinian officials to seek a “sustainable calm,” the State Department mentioned. The UN Security Council was to fulfill Sunday to debate the violence.
