Kanpur: After dropping on the Uttar Pradesh Panchayat elections, a Barabanki candidate took a JCB and destroyed an important village street in anger. Upset by the state of the street the villagers which was not dug out complained to the officers of the district.
The street was constructed about eight years in the past.
