Balancing his skilled commitments along with his aspirations, Pawan commenced his UPSC preparations in 2015. However, the highway to success proved to be fraught with obstacles. Despite his persistent efforts, success eluded him for seven consecutive years. Nevertheless, every setback solely served to fortify his resolve.
