Uttarakhand: 30 People In Pauri Village Test Positive For Covid-19 As State Reports Record Daily Rise Of 8,517 Cases

Dehradun: Uttarakhand on Thursday witnessed a file day by day rise of 8,517 Covid-19 instances that took the an infection tally to 2,20,351 whereas 151 extra fatalities pushed the dying toll to three,293, a well being division bulletin stated.

This is the third consecutive day when the state has registered a file rise in instances. It had reported 7,783 Covid-19 instances on Wednesday.

On Thursday, Dehradun district reported the best variety of recent instances at 3,123 adopted by 1,130 in Udham Singh Nagar, 1,045 in Haridwar and 847 in Nainital, the bulletin said.

Pauri reported 413 instances, Uttarkashi 389, Chamoli 348, Champawat 276, Tehri 256, Almora 229, Pithoragarh 212, Rudraprayag 140, and Bageshwar 109, it stated.

There are 62,911 lively coronavirus instances within the state. So far, 1,49,489 individuals have recovered from the an infection, it stated.
