A cloudburst was reported in Uttarkashi and Rudraprayag disricts of Uttarakhand on Monday. According to information company ANI, a number of homes and roads had been broken in Kumarada village of Chiniyalisaur block, Uttarkashi. Senior officers of native administration are on the spot as reduction and rescue work continues.Â
No report of loss of life has been obtained to this point.
Uttarakhand Chief Minister Tirath Singh Rawat took stock of the situation and directed officers to supply all assist to the folks of the affected districts.Â
The chief minister stated that he has requested officers to maintain fixed vigil in the situation and likewise directed the officers of PWD, NH and BRO to reopen roads closed as a consequence of landslide in the area in order that the general public would not face any downside.
On April 23, a glacier burst close to the India-China border in Sumna village of Uttarakhand Chamoli Garhwal had killed 15 folks.
