Uttarkashi tunnel rescue: In a serious breakthrough, all of the 41 staff who had been trapped contained in the under-construction Silkyara tunnel in Uttarkhand’s Uttarkashi had been rescued on Tuesday. They had been caught contained in the collapsed tunnel for the final 17 and had been rescued after a multi-agency mission, below the steerage of PMO, was launched.
