Five-time chess world champion Vishwanathan Anand and 4 different Indian Grandmasters (GM) will play simultaneous on-line exhibition matches towards different chess gamers on Thursday to elevate funds for Covid-19 reduction within the nation. “We all know India is struggling onerous towards COVID-19. Any participant who has an FIDE customary score of below 2000 can play with Anand by donating $150 and with 4 different GMs by donating $25.
All the proceeds from the simultaneous exhibitions involving Anand, Koneru, Harika, Nihal Sarin and Rameshbabu will go to RedCross India and the Checkmate COVID initiative of the All India Chess Federation (AICF).
