Kolkata: Vistara Flight UK775 working from Mumbai to Kolkata on Monday confronted extreme turbulence quarter-hour earlier than the touchdown. The incident led to not less than 8 passengers struggling accidents.

Passengers onboard the Mumbai-Kolkata flight had a slim escape from grave hazard because the plane confronted extreme turbulence quarter-hour earlier than touchdown on the Kolkata airport.  

According to early inputs, not less than 8 have been injured and 3 of the injured passengers have been taken to a personal hospital within the metropolis. 

An aged passenger suffered a dislocation of the shoulder. A girl is suspected to have a proper arm fracture and one other passenger suffered harm on his brow, sources revealed. 

Other passengers are reported to be secure.

“Today Vistara flight UK 775, MUM-KOL, experienced Turbulance enroute and landed at KOL safely at 1625hrs. Due to turbulence, three passengers are injured critically and 5 passengers had minor injuries, inside the aircraft,” the official notification learn.
