The Congress mentioned the position of former French President Francois Hollande and present President Emmanuel Macron is being investigated in France.
The Congress alleged that Prime Minister Narendra Modi signed a deal value 7.8 billion euro to purchase 36 Rafale jets rather than 126 fighter jets.
The Congress social gathering questioned the deletion of anti-corruption clause in Rafale deal.
“The defects now clearly call for a JPC probe,” Surjewala added.
