Drug agency Wockhardt on Friday stated its board has authorised plans to raise up to Rs 150 crore by issuing securities on a personal placement foundation.

The credit score amenities committee of the board at its assembly held on May 21 has authorised the elevating of funds up to Rs 150 crore by issuance of rated/unrated, listed/unlisted, secured/unsecured non-convertible debentures on a personal placement foundation, in a number of tranches, the corporate stated in a regulatory submitting.

The Mumbai-based drug maker, nonetheless, didn’t share particulars as to the place it plans to utilise the capital.
